Adam serves as Chief Executive Officer, Principal and Managing Broker of LOR Corporation (“LOR”).  From 2011 to 2013, Adam also served as President of United Package Liquors (“UPL”), which owned and operated 30 retail package liquor stores in Indiana and Kentucky.  Prior to joining LOR and UPL, Adam practiced law in Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding areas.  His practice areas included general litigation, business transactions, real estate, collections and creditor/debtor rights.  Adam holds a B.S. in Business Management from Huntington University, and a law degree from Indiana University.

Adam has been involved in over $300,000,000.00 of commercial real estate transactions in the last five (5) years.  These transactions have included the acquisition and disposition of multiple existing retail shopping centers, new retail and mixed-use developments, multiple lease transactions with local, regional and national tenants, and land acquisition.  Adam has an eye for identifying great development opportunities and finds ways to add value to the projects in which he’s involved.

Adam also serves as President of United Hope Foundation, which is the philanthropic outlet for LOR. United Hope has raised nearly $1.5M and donated to the local Indianapolis community since 2005.

Adam currently serves on the following Board of Directors:

– Young Presidents Organization – Member (Board Member)

In 2014, the Indianapolis Business Journal named Adam one of its “Forty Under 40” honorees.  Adam enjoys playing golf and being active in his free time.

Bettina Perryman
Accounting / Property Manager

Bettina Perryman joined LOR Corporation (“LOR”) in 1999 and currently serves as Property Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the LOR office, including compiling data for financial reports, scheduling property maintenance, assisting in lease negotiations, overseeing the contracts for the common area maintenance, and handling the financial operations, making sure the rent is collected on time and ensuring mortgages, property taxes and maintenance bills are paid in a timely manner. She ensures the properties are being taken care of at all times, and is involved in solving multiple issues with each property.

Bettina gained all her property management skills first hand with the direction of the Owner, Leon Riggs, and the President, Suzanne Storer. She has
performed and worked in almost all positions of the LOR office, and effectively set-up Yardi, the first Windows based property management software used by LOR. Mr. Riggs constantly commented that Bettina “can do anything.”

Prior to joining LOR Corporation, Bettina was the financial director of a not-for-profit association for five years, and was an accounts payable specialist at Dan Young Chevrolet (Penske Chevrolet) for three years.

She also served as a deputy clerk for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department for three years. She is a 1984 graduate of Noblesville High School, focusing on business and accounting.

Jeff Lockhart
Facilities / Construction Manager

Jeff joined LOR Corporation in 2012 as the Facilities and Construction manager. Jeff is responsible for property repair and maintenance of all properties, 3rd party service contracts and overseeing new construction projects.

Jeff has been in the Commercial Real Estate business for 24 years and previously worked as the Senior Operations Manager of a large REIT. Jeff holds SMT and SMA certifications through BOMA as well as a universal EPA certification.

Michelle Profeta
Property / Leasing Manager

Michelle Profeta joined the LOR Corporation family in 2016. She serves as a Property/Leasing Manager for the entire LOR Corporation portfolio of properties. Michelle is the first point of contact for over 200 tenants at the properties LOR owns and manages. She handles the day to day operations of each property including facility management, accounts receivable, and lease administration.  She also assists with the distribution of marketing materials, document management, and general office management.

Prior to joining LOR Corporation, Michelle was the Property Administrator for the Lauth Group and Integrated Facility Services. She is a 2014 graduate from Indiana University – Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and a minor in Human Resource Management. In her free time, Michelle enjoys cooking and playing with her Corgi, Bauer.

Barrett Key
Sales / Leasing Associate

Barrett Key joined LOR Corporation in 2017 and currently specializes in landlord and tenant representation, property acquisition and disposition of retail real estate.  He works with landlords on the leasing and management of retail shopping centers and mixed-use developments.  He also provides analysis and strategic planning, site selection and negotiates on behalf of retail tenants and restaurants.

Barrett is a graduate from Ball State University where he earned degrees in computer science and technology education.  He has 5 years commercial insurance sales experience and 10 years in secondary education.  While in education he taught multiple subjects, served as the Technology Coordinator for his respective high school and also coached multiple sports.
